Welcome to Footy Jersey Hub! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the footyjerseyhub.com website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Our Products

All products sold are fan-edition / premium replica football shirts, unless clearly stated otherwise. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any football club, league, or manufacturer. Club names, colours, and references are used strictly for identification purposes.Product images are provided for illustration. Minor variations in colour tone, stitching, badge placement, or fabric texture may occur due to manufacturing batches, lighting conditions, or screen display differences. These variations are normal and do not affect wear or quality. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these potential variations.

 

2. Ordering & Accuracy

Please ensure all order details are correct before completing checkout, including size, customisation details, spelling, numbers, and badge selections. Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be amended or cancelled, except as provided for under your statutory cancellation rights (see Section 8).

 

3. Custom & Personalised Items

Items that include personalisation or custom requests (such as name, number, badges, or special instructions) are made specifically for the customer. For this reason, customised items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless the item arrives faulty or incorrect due to our error. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty goods.

 

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 72 hours, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Processing time refers to preparation only and does not include delivery time.

 

5. Delivery & Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide. Our delivery estimates are as follows:

•FREE worldwide shipping is included on all orders over £60. Standard £3.99 fee applies under this.

•Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays).•UK delivery: 5–7 working days (estimated).

•International delivery: 7–12 working days (estimated, location dependent).

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. While we strive to meet these estimates, delays caused by couriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control are not the responsibility of Footy Jersey Hub. However, we will deliver the goods within 30 days from the date of your order, unless a longer period has been expressly agreed upon. If we fail to deliver within this 30-day period, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

Republic of Ireland deliveries incur a small £2.99 shipping fee due to additional local logistics provider costs.

 

6. International Orders

International customers may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by their local authorities. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, border clearance, or international courier processes.

 

7. Tracking & Delivery Responsibility

Tracking information is provided once an order is dispatched. Once tracking confirms an order has been delivered, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer. We cannot be held liable for parcels marked as delivered but subsequently lost or stolen. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping costs may apply and will be borne by the customer.

 

8. Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation for Non-Customised Items)

For non-personalised items, you have the right to cancel your contract and return the goods within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., an email to your customer service address). You may use the model cancellation form provided at the end of these Terms, but it is not obligatory.

Effects of cancellation: If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (if applicable). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied or evidence of their return.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

 

9. Faults & Issues (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

Any issues related to shipping damage or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic evidence.For manufacturing faults or items not as described, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies. You have a 30-day right to reject faulty goods for a full refund, starting from the day you receive the item. After 30 days, you have a right to a repair or replacement.

We do not cover:

•Normal wear and tear.

•Damage caused by incorrect washing or care.

•Damage occurring after use or accidental damage.

•Sizing issues where the correct item as ordered was supplied (unless returned under the 14-day right of withdrawal for non-customised items).

 

10. Sizing

Sizing charts are provided as a guide only. It is the customer’s responsibility to select the correct size. We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection unless the wrong size was supplied, or if the item is returned under the 14-day right of withdrawal for non-customised items.

 

11. Fair Use & Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders in cases of abusive behaviour, fraudulent activity, false claims, or repeated unjustified disputes.

 

12. Intellectual Property

Club names, colours, and references are used strictly for identification purposes. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any football club, league, or manufacturer. All content on this website is the property of Footy Jersey Hub or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

 

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Footy Jersey Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our products. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product(s) in question.

 

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

 

15. Agreement

By placing an order, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
