Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your order. Please read the following carefully before purchasing.
Due to the custom nature of many of our items, all customised products are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes shirts with personalised names, numbers, sleeve badges, or any made-to-order items.
Standard (non-customised) items may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided:
The item is unused and unworn
It is in its original condition and packaging
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty item or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
